Shipping & Terms

Original work will be dispatched within 2 weeks from the United Kingdom via tracked international delivery. Tracking information is sent to customers via email once their order has been dispatched. Originals are sent flat packed, inside a sturdy presentation box, accompanied by a handwritten personalised note signed by the artist.

Payment can be made via PayPal or via Stripe, with credit/debit cards and selected digital wallets. Alternatively, if you would like to pay via bank transfer please get in touch.

All originals will be sent via express courier, the shipping rate (and tax where applicable) will be calculated at checkout once you enter a delivery address. If your country is not accepted at checkout please get in touch to receive a shipping quote.

An estimated delivery date will be available through the tracking information, although this is just a guide, and we're not able to guarantee a specific delivery date. 
Please note that we won’t be able to cancel your order and offer a refund for a late delivery.

If you have any queries or specific requirements (e.g. special delivery instructions, delayed dispatch) please get in touch before you place your order, we’ll do our best to answer as soon as possible.

UK orders Prices are VAT exclusive, VAT will be added at checkout once you’ve entered your delivery address.

International orders: 
Depending on the country of destination, orders may be subject to customs. Please note that international recipients are responsible for any duties and taxes upon delivery. The courier service may contact you to settle any outstanding amounts. For more information please refer to customs officials sources in your country. 

Refunds: In the unlikely event of any damage occurring during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange a refund.

We won’t be able to cancel your order once it has been dispatched, or provide a full refund if the delivery is refused or missed, if your parcel came later than expected, or if the parcel can’t be delivered due to a mistake in the address or contact details you provided.

If you ask for a refund for any reason other than damage occurred during transit you may only be entitled to a partial refund.

Availability: If you are interested in an original that is marked as “on hold” please get in touch, as it may become available again.
